Effie studied in the department of Physical Education and Sport Science (D.P.E.S.S.) at the Democritus University of Thrace, Greece. 

She went on to qualify as a fitness instructor and personal trainer at the GRAFTS Fitness School. She has been very active in competitive sports aerobics and won the bronze medal (Pairs discipline) in the Greek championship.    

She also studied classic ballet and modern dance and choreographed numerous theatrical performances.   

She was Master Trainer at the BCH and AF studies fitness schools for the diplomas of Personal Training, Group Exercise Leader and Choreo Masterworks training. 

She has more than 15 years of practical experience, working in many well-known gyms as a fitness instructor and personal trainer and was the General Manager of a personal fitness studio in Athens, Greece. 

Effie has appeared on television and has been active as an international fitness presenter in many fitness congresses in Europe.

OUR CLASSES

Personal Training

A personal training session is a one-on-one fitness session between our certified trainer and a client. The trainer guides the client through customized exercises, provides feedback and motivation, and offers nutrition advice. It's a great way to improve fitness, build confidence, and stay accountable to a healthy lifestyle

4Dance aerobic

This class combines dance moves with aerobic exercise. Your general fitness improves through the gradual increase of your heart and respiratory rates over a prolonged period of time. Additionally you burn calories and loose excess fat. Dance aerobic is great fun, reduces stress, lifts your mood and improves your strength and stamina.

4Legs Abs

This class offers an effective workout targeting the abs, hamstrings, quads, and glutes. A diversified selection of exercises allows people of all fitness levels to achieve their desired results. Most exercises are performed on the ground (matt) and some from a standing position. You will benefit from strengthening of your core musculature resulting in better posture and balance. Additionally you will tone and strengthen your glutes and leg muscles improving your functional strength and appearance.

4BodyPower

In this class you will use light to moderate weights and multiple repetitions to improve muscle strength and endurance. With a background of great music and application of well-studied techniques and moves you will burn calories and lose fat as well as strengthen and tone your muscles.

4Step aerobic

In this class you use a step platform to improve your cardiorespiratory fitness, tone your glutes and thighs, loose fat and improve your coordination and agility. Based on simple combinations of upper and lower limb movements and using creative choreography you will also have lots of fun

4Circuit training

In this class you perform a number of exercises one after another with little to no rest in between them. It includes body weight exercises but also exercises using equipment, resulting in total body training. It is a high intensity class helping you lose fat, strengthen your body and improve your stamina.

4PortDeBras

PortDeBras routine is a unique exercise system that combines functional and dynamic traction with sets of hand and arm- related activity. The routine is restorative and rehabilitative and can also be used for building strength in back muscle. The work out series helps develop correct and effective movement, skills and techniques along with the ability to harmoniously and fully utilize the body` s ability to move.

4Orthosomy Stretching

This is a low intensity workout consisting of a series of stretching exercises aiming at improving your flexibility. Through a series of stretches and postures your flexibility, mobility and agility will improve and this could help increase your performance in physical activities.
